Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Pack Securely

  Ensure all cabinet components, hardware, and instructions are placed back in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label and ship the package via a trackable carrier; please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned cabinets for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
