Most of our professional-grade cabinet systems are shipped fully welded or pre-assembled to ensure maximum structural integrity. However, some modular lines are shipped flat-packed with detailed instructions to save on shipping costs.
What is the weight capacity of your heavy-duty shelving?
Our heavy-duty steel cabinets and shelving units are rated to hold between 500 and 2,000 lbs per unit, depending on the specific series. Please refer to the individual product specifications for exact load ratings.
How do you handle freight shipping for large cabinet sets?
Large orders are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window, and most orders include lift-gate service to move the cabinets safely from the truck to your driveway.
Are these cabinets resistant to rust and chemicals?
Yes, our cabinets feature industrial-grade powder-coated finishes designed to resist rust, corrosion, and common garage spills like oil, gasoline, and household cleaners.
What is your return policy for large storage systems?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Please note that because of the size and weight of these products, returns must be in original packaging and may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, our cabinets are designed for DIY-friendly mounting. We provide comprehensive digital guides and video tutorials, and we can recommend national third-party assembly services if needed.
