Designed to fit over the cooking plate of the Big Texan GFE105 griddle; not compatible with griddles that have a lid. The slip-on form offers a snug, low-profile fit while remaining easy to remove for use. Smooth surface wipes clean with mild soap and water to remove grease and debris. Lightweight for compact storage and seasonal protection of the plate.
